ABRAHAM CHARLES NTENGWI is a Diploma holder in education from Mpwapwa teachers college. He also studied a certificate in Community development studies through distance learning. Prior to this he has attended different short courses of teaching. He has worked as a teacher in different secondary and Primary Schools since 1993 to today. He has held various posts in different organization including headmastership and the like. He has held various posts in different organization including headmaster of Kasamba Secondary school in Songwe Region and the headmaster of Iyula Malaika Secondary school located in Morogoro Municipal, he worked as the second master at Tunduma Secondary school, also he worked as the Headteacher at Hollywood English Medium Primary school from 2014 to 2020. Currently he is the Headteacher of Capacity Building Pre and Primary School.
Mr. Abraham Ntengwi is well experienced in leadership and working in teams. He is honest intelligent, hardworking, independent, innovate, visionary, ethical and result oriented person he has wide experience is counseling and guiding as well as managing not only physical resources but also human and finance resources
