The Trust is named as The Registered Trustees of Capacity Building Trust Fund Tanzania (CBTFT), a body corporate with a Certificate of Incorporation No. 3392 issued on 11th April 2008. The founder trustees are Mr. Adamson H. Sinka and Mr. Danas S. Mwasenga.
VISION:
To support the government to improve social welfare and economic standards of Tanzanian citizens.
MISSION:
To be among of the government’s stakeholders to the social economic improvement to the Tanzanian citizens.
The main goal of the CBTFT is to promote Education, Health, Housing, Environment and Economic empowerment for Tanzanians.
Support:
So long as the trust aims at to improve living standards of Tanzanians and create employment through it projects, it invites grants, aids and gift from individuals, local and international organization and other entities to support its initiatives.
Board of Trustees:
There is a board of Trustees which has overall powers of the Trust through board meetings.
Management:
The Trust is managed by Executive chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Attorney, Accountant, Estate manager and projects managers.
Projects:
- Capacity Building Nursery and Primary school
The school is located at Chaboko area, Kisiwani Street, Vijibweni Ward, Kigamboni district in Dar es Salaam city. It started on 17Th January, 2011 in the name of Mother Teresa of Calcutta Memorial schools with five pupils and two (2) teachers, namely; Mr. Dedan Danford, the Head teacher and M/s Zaina Shangai, the Assistant Head teacher in the unfinished building with four (4) classrooms and three (3) toilets. The two teachers worked under the school Manager Mr. Adamson H. Sinka. It was registered as English Medium on 11Th December, 2014 in the name of Capacity Building Nursery and Primary School after fulfilling requirements, with Registration Number DS.03/7/EA.050 for nursery school and Registration Number DS.03/7/50 for primary school. In 2019 the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology issued a single new Registration Number EM 15956 for both nursery and Primary. The school has now above 600 pupils, 22 teaching staff and 25 non- teaching staff. The growth of the school is not only noticed in the increase of number of pupils, teachers and non-teaching staff but also in the school buildings which include classrooms, school hall, dormitories (to be built), modern toilets, staff offices and stores. There are also facilities of drilled clean water, electricity, school buses and school shop.

To be built at Chaboko area, Kisiwani street, Vijibweni, Kigamboni District,
Dar es Salaam adjacent to Capacity Building Nursery and Primary school.
- CBTFT Health Centre:
To be built at Chaboko area, Kisiwani street, Vijibweni, Kigamboni District,
Dar es Salaam.
